• Three birth preparation sessions

• Birth Plan, 45 mins to an hour Zoom

• Labor Signs videos + 45 mins Zoom

• Early Labor Practice 1 hour Zoom or

• "All about Induction/Augmentation/Coping w/labor" video + 45 mins Zoom

• One “Golden Week Class” video + 45 minutes Zoom session

• 24/7 text or phone support from week 38 until baby birthday

• Labor support from active stage until 1-1.5 hour after baby arrives

• One lactation & postpartum support, home 1.5h/Zoom 2h

** Please note that all sessions will have vidoes/doucments to prepare/practice prior to the scheduled Zoom session, the actual Zoom time will be comperhansive and interactive discussion for us.
