• Three preparation sessions via Zoom (45-60 mins/session)

  1. Birth Plan, QA Live Zoom session

  2. Labor Signs (recorded video) + Live Zoom session

  3. "All about Induction/Augmentation/Coping w/labor" (recorded video) + Live Zoom session

     
     

• 24/7 text or phone support from week 38 until baby birthday

• Labor support until 1-1.5 hour after baby arrives

  
  

** Please note that all sessions will have vidoes/doucments to prepare/practice prior to the scheduled Zoom sessions, the actual Zoom time will be comperhansive and interactive discussion for us.
