• Three preparation sessions via Zoom (45-60 mins/session)

  • Prenatal zoom session 1 : “Signs of labor? When to go to the hospital?

  • Prenatal zoom session 2 : “Induction/augmentation & Informed Decision”.

• 24/7 text or phone support from week 38 until baby birthday

• Labor support until 1-1.5 hour after baby arrives

** Please note that all sessions will have vidoes/doucments to prepare/practice prior to the scheduled Zoom sessions, the actual Zoom time will be comperhansive and interactive discussion for us.
